Triumph Throttle AssemblyThrottle Assembly

The Muttz Nutz supplies replacement throttle assemblies for the Triumph Trophy made from cast aluminium, machined and polished. The AMAL throttles, as fitted to the works Triumph Trophy TR5's 1949-1953 come complete with brass cable roller, friction damping and Triumph grip for £155.00 including postage UK only.

Standard Brake Arm Assemblies

Standard brake arm assemblies for 1970’s Triumph conical hub. The cams are CNC machined from steel hardened & ground. Brake arms are available in Plated Steel, Stainless Steel or Polished CNC machined Billet Heat-treated Alloy. Outside profiles of the arms, slogans, logo’s etc can be accommodated for individual customers.

Extended Brake Arm AssembliesExtended Brake Arm Assemblies

Extended brake arm assemblies for 1970’s Triumph conical hub. The cams are CNC machined from steel hardened & ground. Brake arms are available in Plated Steel, Stainless Steel or Polished CNC machined Billet Heat-treated Alloy. Arms available at present have been extended by 0.5 inches. Outside profiles of the arms, slogans, logo’s etc can be accommodated for individual customers.

Basic Assembly Bright Zinc Plated Arms with matching Bolts & Washers. £80

Standard Assembly comprising of 2 Billet Alloy Arms. 2 off Stainless Bolts with Shake Proof & Flat Washers. £100

Stainless Steel Assembly comprising of 2 Stainless Steel Arms as machined. 2 off each Stainless Steel. Bolts and Flat Washers. £140

Polished or Coloured Anodized Assembly comprising of 2 Polished Billet Alloy Arms with Polished Stainless Steel Bolts & Washers. £120

Extended Arms are 0.5" longer than standard, available in Standard or Dog-Bone profiles, other outside shapes are available on request!
