If you require a replacement part for your bike or a design of your own Muttz Nutz can custom machine a part for you using state of the art CNC technology. Our CNC machining facilities are capable of machining components up to 500mm in length from aluminium and stainless to exacting tolerances.

Parts
Muttz Nutz can machine a replacement part based on your original even if its broken. Parts include tool steel engine components through to plastic and aluminium brackets. We can even supply you with cast components. All we need from you is the original part which you can either post to us or bring in personally. Muttz Nutz are happy to discuss your requirements and offer free no obligation quotations.

If your building your own custom bike and require a part tailor made Muttz Nutz can help. Working to customer drawings or details off the back of a cigarette packet, we can produce parts for any custom application whether its a bespoke exhaust mount or a short reach brake lever. Production time will depend on the nature of your required component. Muttz Nutz can turn around simple parts for which we have the programs within a week from order whilst complex parts that require programming, plating, casting or other additional processes will take longer. Either way, from receipt of your order and down payment we can keep you constantly informed and updated with regards to your orders status.
