Machining
We
offer CNC machining services including milling
and turning in a range of materials such as aluminium,
mild steel, stainless steel and nylon 66. As
well as machining motorcycle components, The
Muttz Nutz is suited to undertaking
high volume turning for items upto 2"Ø.
CNC
Turning
The
Muttz Nutz undertake high
volume turning services from circular, square
and hexagonal bar and tube upto 2"Ø.
Our two primary CNC lathes are fitted with
bar feed and magazines allowing us to undertake
high volume production quickly.
CNC
Milling
We
provide low to medium volume and prototype machining
services. Working to paper & electronic drawings
or direct from machine programs we can undertake
most 3 axis machining work to customer specification.
Grinding
We
carry out grinding of most metals including tool
steels as well as case hardened components.
Finishing
Inhouse
facilities include a chilled iron grit shot blast
cabinet for components upto 700mm long and 300mm
square. We also undertake polishing of small
components upto 3kg offering matt, satin and
mirror finishes.
General
Our
tool room is fully equipped with nc mills, lathes,
drills, saws, fly presses, and general metalwork
plant for use in support of our CNC machining
